Hotel Ferrucci - Florence

I mean, how difficult is it to add hangers or repair doors? The hair dryer overheated, quite entertaining. I thought I'd receive a room upgrade for dealing with all this, but apparently that's too much to expect. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Clean, affordable hotel, I liked great value for money rooms and extra attentive staff. My room included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was lovely for exploring this historic area, really close to for example Piazzale Michelangelo and the best patisserie in the city. The stay was absolutely good!

Had a cozy stay with charming decor and spacious rooms. Loved the convenient proximity to restaurants, especially La Piperna for pizza! A bit of a walk to the city center, but it added to the experience. The super nice team with local tips too!

Fairly clean, wonderful little hotel built in an Italian style.

It is a wonderful little and recently renovated property located in Piazzale Michelangelo district just next door to the main tourist area, towncenter and the Bardini and Boboli gardens and restaurants and shops. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. The staff are affable and the location is good and stunning to all the main sights. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Charming hotel with beautiful decor and friendly staff.

I was unfortunately given a room that faced a busy road. The traffic noise was incessant, ruining any chance of rest after long days of exploring Florence.

Ferrucci provided a great experience during my work stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and notably clean, essential for a comfortable stay. Although there was no breakfast offered, I discovered a fantastic cafe called Caffè Bargioni nearby with excellent local vibes was great. I would definitely return.

The location requires a 20-25 minute walk to reach the city center.

Great stay, awesome staff!

The staff was super friendly and helped us feel right at home. We walked to the city center in under 30 minutes, enjoying the sights along the way. The room was decent, but the breakfast could've had more options, like cold cuts. La Piperna Firenze nearby had some delicious pizza, made up for it! A solid choice with a cozy vibe.

The breakfast was satisfying, with delicious homemade chocolate cakes, the elegant atmosphere created a delightful experience, and the hotel's location was ideal, close to bus stops.
